Rice Pilaf with Feta Cheese and Grape Tomatoes

Are you ready for a simple side dish that tastes fancier than it is?
I love rice! I love it so much that when I make it, I pretty much just eat it out of the pan. So I try not to make it too much, but I fail.

I had this dish at a friend's house a few years back and I loved it and was so amazed at how easy it was! And what is better than feta, rice, and grape tomatoes (okay I can maybe think if a few things better than grape tomatoes, but they are good in this)??

Here is what you'll need:
-box of rice pilaf (I used Rice a Roni)
-one container of feta cheese
-5 or 6 grape tomatoes sliced in half

Preparation:
Cook rice according to directions on box. When the rice is done mix in the cheese and stir to combine. Add sliced tomatoes and serve.

It is so good! My husband and I love it and it goes good with anything from beef to fish.
We had it with Tilapia with Almond Butter the other night and it was delicious!

Try this out if you are looking for a rice dish with a little kick!
